Operating Principle
• Rema Beater Mills operate on the high speed impact principle with or without internal sieve ring
• Feed material enters the eye of the rotor. Particles are thrown outward impacting on each other and against the grinding blades
• Particles are projected tangentially across the sieve, shearing between the blade surfaces and the sieve ring, and the optional grinding jaws
• This action occurs until the particles are small enough to pass through the sieve openings and into the discharge
• Close tolerances between the rotating and stationary surfaces maintain the accurate gap for precise control of particle size
